Questions, answered
What is a flash tattoo?
A flash tattoo is a predrawn design the artist has already created, ready to be tattooed as shown. Because the drawing work is done, flash is faster and is offered at a flat rate at TBA, which makes it a great first tattoo or an easy addition to a collection.
How does Flash Against Hunger work?
Flash Against Hunger is the shop's charity flash offer: trade in non-perishable food items, or donate directly, and receive discounts on flash tattoos, dollar for dollar. Your discount matches your donation, so the tattoo costs less and local food shelves gain at the same time.
Can I change a flash design?
Small tweaks are often possible, and your artist will tell you what works. If you want a heavily changed or fully original version, that becomes a custom tattoo instead, which starts with a free consultation so the design can be drawn properly for you.
Do flash tattoos count toward the shop minimum?
Flash designs are offered at flat rates set by the shop and the artist, separate from hourly custom pricing. The shop minimum is $100 for tattoo work generally, and the front counter will confirm the exact flat rate for the design you choose before you commit.
